FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100.
Otherwise, flat rate shipping of $14.90 applies to orders up to 2kg; and $21.90 on orders over 2kg.

I also offer FREE DELIVERY once a month on local orders throughout Greater Kingston (from Napanee to Gananoque) and through the Frontenacs.  (a 65km radius from Verona, Ontario).

I also have a contact-free Pick Up option for those in the area who prefer to pick up when the order is ready.
