Hexagon Memory Set - SPACE!

Explore the universe with this 20 pc. Hexagon Space Set! 

Each set features two blocks of each of the nine planet (yes, Pluto is in there!) plus the Sun, so you can flip them over and play Memory.

Planets, in order from the Sun, are: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and of course, Pluto!  (Note: for 20 years of every 248 years, Pluto is closer to the Sun than Neptune.)  Blocks are laser engraved with the name to enhance literacy activities.  There are many ways to incorporate these into play and learning, from stacking and building to playing Memory, to Write-the-Room (hiding them scavenger hunt-style, with children printing the planet names on a clip board as they find them) to storytelling and story writing. 

This 20 pc. set features space-themed cabochons; two of each so you can play Memory . . . (AND . . . some of them might even glow in the dark!)  

Made from solid Maple, blocks are finished with eco-friendly Tried & True Original Wood Finish (100% linseed oil & beeswax), and gems are secured with Gorilla Glue.
